Astra's Rocket 3.3 carried two NASA TROPICS hurricane-monitoring CubeSats from Cape Canaveral, but the upper stage shut down early after a fuel injector blockage caused a cooling failure, and both satellites were lost. It was Astra's fifth launch failure.
