Astra's Rocket 3.3 (LV0006) suffered an engine failure less than a second after liftoff from Kodiak, causing asymmetric thrust that sent the vehicle drifting sideways off the pad; it briefly recovered before range safety terminated the flight, which carried a U.S. Space Force test payload.
