Ukraine1967 to 2009

Tsiklon is a family of Soviet launchers built by Yuzhmash in Dnipropetrovsk from the R-36 missile. Burning hypergolic propellants and highly automated, so they can be launched with little preparation, they fly for four decades from Baikonur and Plesetsk with military ocean-surveillance and anti-satellite systems, Strela communications satellites and Meteor weather satellites.
