MaqSat-H, TEAMSAT, MaqSat-B, YES

Ariane 5's second test flight (V101/Flight 502) carried the MaqSat-B and MaqSat-H dummy payloads plus the TEAMSAT technology-demonstration satellite from Kourou. A Vulcain engine roll-control fault triggered early core-stage shutdown, leaving the payloads in a lower-than-planned orbit.
