Kosmos 462 (IS-A / I2P #8), a Soviet co-orbital anti-satellite interceptor. Tsiklon-2 (11K69) from Baikonur Site 90/20 lofted the craft on 3 December 1971; the same day it intercepted and destroyed the Kosmos 459 target satellite.
