GATV 5004 (Gemini-Agena Target Vehicle), the planned docking target for Gemini 9. Atlas SLV-3 Agena-D from Cape Canaveral LC-14 failed on 17 May 1966 after a booster control malfunction before BECO sent the stack off course; Gemini 9 was delayed and later flew as Gemini 9A with an ATDA.
