Palapa-D

Carried the Indonesian Palapa-D communications satellite for Indosat. The third stage's second burn underperformed due to a gas generator burn-through, leaving the satellite in a lower-than-planned transfer orbit; Palapa-D used its own propellant to reach geostationary orbit, cutting its design life from about 15 years to 10.5.
