Atlas V 401Cape Canaveral SFS, FL, USA
Drawing of the Atlas V 401 for NROL-30 & NOSS-3 (USA-194)

Launched the USA-194 (NROL-30) pair of Naval Ocean Surveillance System satellites for the NRO. A leaky Centaur valve caused early engine shutdown, leaving the satellites in a lower-than-planned orbit that they corrected using their own propulsion.
