Carried Galaxy 14, a roughly 2,087 kg geostationary communications satellite built by Orbital Sciences for PanAmSat, from Baikonur. This was the third commercial Soyuz-FG/Fregat mission flown by Starsem; the Fregat upper stage performed a final 50 m/s burn to circularize the satellite's orbit.
