Sea Launch Zenit-3SL deployed Loral's Telstar 18 (Apstar 5) communications satellite from the Odyssey platform, but the Block DM upper stage shut down about 54 seconds early due to a wiring fault, leaving the satellite in a lower-than-planned transfer orbit; onboard thrusters later raised it to geostationary altitude.
