Yaogan 13

Long March 2C launched the Yaogan Weixing-13 remote-sensing satellite from Taiyuan, marking the rocket's return to flight after an August 2011 failure destroyed the Shijian-11-04 satellite. Officially described for civilian survey and disaster monitoring, though Western analysts believe Yaogan satellites also serve military reconnaissance.
