South Korea's homegrown Nuri (KSLV-II) rocket made its maiden flight from Naro Space Center carrying a 1.5-ton dummy payload. The third-stage engine cut off about 46 seconds early, so the mock satellite reached target altitude but failed to gain orbital velocity and fell back to Earth.
