A Soyuz-2.1b/Fregat launched EgyptSat-A (MisrSat-A), Egypt's third Earth-observation satellite, built by RKK Energia for NARSS, from Baikonur. A third-stage fuel-sensor calibration error left the satellite short of its target orbit, but a Fregat burn corrected the trajectory for a successful insertion.
