Zhongxing-9A (Chinasat-9A)

Launched the ChinaSat 9A (Zhongxing-9A) broadcasting satellite from Xichang, but a third-stage attitude-control anomaly during the coast phase left the satellite in a much lower orbit than planned. ChinaSat 9A used its own propulsion over about a month to reach its intended geostationary slot, at the cost of reduced service life.
