Shijian-13/Chinasat-16

Long March 3B launched ChinaSat-16 (Shijian-13), China's first high-throughput Ka-band communications satellite, also testing space-to-ground laser communications. A third-stage thruster anomaly left it in a lower-than-planned orbit, requiring two extra weeks of maneuvering to reach GEO.
