Launched Russia's Ekspress-AM6 communications satellite for RSCC, providing C, Ku, Ka and L-band coverage. The Briz-M upper stage's final burn cut short after depleting its propellant, leaving the satellite in a lower-than-planned orbit it had to raise using its own thrusters.
