Carried Galileo FOC satellites Doresa and Milena (Galileo 5 and 6) from Kourou, but a Fregat-M upper stage guidance anomaly placed them in a lower, elliptical orbit instead of the intended circular one, a partial failure later partly salvaged through extensive orbit-raising maneuvers.
