3 x Strela-3M (Kosmos-2482, Kosmos-2483, Kosmos-2484)

Rokot/Briz-KM launched three Russian military communications satellites (Kosmos 2482, 2483, 2484) from Plesetsk, but a Briz-KM upper-stage guidance fault left them in the wrong orbit and rendered one unusable, prompting a suspension of Rokot launches.
