Yamal-402

Launched the Yamal-402 communications satellite for Gazprom Space Systems, but the Briz-M upper stage's fourth burn shut down about four minutes early, stranding the satellite in a much lower orbit. Ground controllers used Yamal-402's own propellant to reach geostationary orbit, costing roughly four years of service life.
