SpaceX's CRS-1, the first operational Dragon cargo run to the ISS under the NASA Commercial Resupply Services contract. One of nine first-stage Merlin 1C engines shut down 79 seconds after liftoff, but Dragon still reached the station safely; the secondary Orbcomm-G2 payload was left in too low an orbit and re-entered days later.
