Electron launched NASA's CAPSTONE cubesat toward the Moon using Rocket Lab's Lunar Photon upper stage, the company's first lunar mission. CAPSTONE went on to become the first spacecraft to operate in a near-rectilinear halo orbit, a pathfinder for Artemis's Gateway station.
