Vega-C flight VV30 successfully placed Copernicus Sentinel-3C and ESA's FLEX Earth Explorer into about 810 km sun-synchronous orbit from French Guiana. On Vega-C's first dual launch, the new Vespa adapter released Sentinel-3C first and FLEX about an hour later; both contacted ESOC. FLEX is ESA's first satellite built to measure plant fluorescence from space.
